Independent BDR – Business Development Representative (1099)

Valcor is seeking motivated Independent Business Development Representatives to join our remote team.
In this role, you will contact challenged business-owners, guide them through our structured qualification process, and set appointments for senior officers and licensees.

1️⃣ Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify leads provided by Valcor through phone, email, and SMS.
  • Use scripts and structured outreach sequences to guide prospects through our Discovery Process.
  • Schedule appointments for senior officers to discuss financial solutions, including debt restructuring and lending options.
  • Track all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Valcor team to maximize client success and growth opportunities.

3️⃣ Compensation

  • Commissioned 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Paid when a qualified appointment results in an executed client agreement and successful financial solution.
  • Step-up bonuses for multiple successful appointments each month.
  • When Valcor gets paid, you get paid.
  • Please note: This role does not offer a base salary or guarantees. Earnings are performance-based.

  • Background in B2B consultation preferably with business financial services.
  • Comfortable with structured outreach and CRM usage.
  • Strong communication skills, both phone and email.
  • Motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
